This is a hidden gem in Filey, five minutes from the beach. Beautifully furnished, clean and well stocked. No cooked breakfast, only a continental but that not a problem for us. Thanks to James for accommodating us so late in the day. I would highly recommend this accommodatio

I'd give Filey Grange 10* for the 600 thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen, SIX pillows and the sumptuous bed! Charming B&B with warm welcome from James who - when we asked if there was Greek yogurt for breakfast - went out and bought some!
We stayed in the top 2 rooms which had an adjoining door so our kids and us had plenty of space. The gentlemen who owned the guesthouse was lovely and left us milk in the fridge so we could make tea and coffee. Lovely and clean. Great location. Would stay again.
Lovely accommodation, clean and comfortable. James made us feel welcome ; he was very helpful. Loved the extra thought that made our stay enjoyable. Nice breakfast cereals, fruit , yoghurts and fresh orange . Fresh milk in the fridge in the room ; help yourself to breakfast and and take to your room . Complimentary toiletries; very nice. Really close to shops , beach , and restaurants. And close to Glen Gardens where we love to sit and look out to sea ..
Just got back after a week at Filey Grange hotel. James the owner is such a lovely guy makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The room was immaculate lovely bathroom with bath/ shower large tv for entertainment mini fridge tea coffee . Breakfast is a variety of cereals fruit and yogurt which I really enjoyed. In a really good spot near to shops and close to beach I had a wonderful week with the weather been good for a change. Thanks for everything James I will be returning next year.
Was treated to a mini break here from our daughter,and from the moment we arrived we were made very welcome by James,nothing was too much trouble for him. The room was tastefully decorated and spotless,the en suite perfect. Very comfortable bed and great night's sleep Great selection for breakfast and rooms serviced daily. Within easy reach of beach and plenty of places to eat nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely house.
Probably the nicest guesthouse I've stayed in. Basics are spot on (beds comfy, rooms spotless) and there are lots of nice additional touches that make it stand out, like snacks (fresh fruit, breakfast biscuits, chocolate) available at entrance, fancy toiletries etc. We only stayed for one night for a weekend getaway but definitely plan to come back.
